What we collect
This site does not collect booking or inquiry submissions directly. If you contact Jennifer or book the stay, that communication happens through Airbnb. On this site, we only receive anonymized analytics data about how visitors use the pages.
How we use it
We use site analytics to understand which pages are helpful, where visitors spend time, and which Airbnb links are being used. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Booking questions and messages
Questions about the stay, availability, and reservations should be sent to Jennifer through Airbnb. Any information you share there is handled under Airbnb's systems and policies.
Analytics and tracking
This site uses Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics to understand how visitors interact with the site. These services collect anonymized usage data such as pages visited, time on site, and general location. No personally identifiable information is shared with these services through analytics tracking.
Cookies
This site uses a disclosure-only approach for analytics cookies right now rather than a separate consent banner. Google Analytics may set cookies to help us understand site usage patterns. Booking platform and cancellation
This site helps guests understand the stay, but bookings are completed on Airbnb with Jennifer. Live availability, pricing, reservation policies, and the exact cancellation cutoffs are shown there before checkout and remain the source of truth for reservation-specific timing.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email address below. We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe.
International visitors
This site is operated from Canada and primarily serves Canadian visitors. If you are visiting from outside Canada, please be aware that your information may be transferred to and stored in Canada. By using this site, you consent to this transfer.
